Running a restaurant is tough. We know because we’ve lived it. The chaos behind the scenes. Disconnected tools, delayed repairs, endless emails, constant firefighting. We were tired of drowning in admin tasks when we wanted to focus on what really mattered.
1992
We opened our first restaurant.
What started as a single location became a decades-long
education in what it really takes to run a restaurant group. Not the food. Not the service. The back office — the unglamorous engine that makes or breaks every margin.
The problem
As operators of 275+ Papa John's locations, we faced the same back-office struggles every day.
Late invoices. Lost receipts. Forgotten repairs. Vendor calls that took three days to return. Eight hours lost every week, every location, to paperwork that didn’t need a human at all.
