What does the AP automation feature do?
AP automation streamlines the process of handling invoices and vendor payments by digitizing data entry, automatically routing approvals, and syncing with your accounting system.

While filling in accounts payable requests, you can either enter the details manually or use OCR, which extracts the information from uploaded invoices and fills in the fields instantly.
Can I invite multiple vendors for a repair request?
Yes, you can invite one or multiple vendors from the registered vendor list or by adding new vendor details.
What happens if a request is rejected (Expense, AP, or Repair)?
The action is irreversible. Once rejected, a request cannot be reopened, modified, or resubmitted, and a new request must be created if needed.
How do I track the status of my repair request?
All activity on your request is visible as you receive notifications for every update.
How do I add a new vendor to the system?
Admins and managers can add vendors via the web app by entering vendor details under the Vendors tab.
Can vendors access the system directly?
Yes, onboarded vendors receive login credentials to access the web and mobile app for managing quotations and invoices.
Are vendors visible across all stores?
Once added, a vendor becomes available across all stores and users in Meal Dynamics.
What are checklists used for in Meal Dynamics?
Checklists standardize store operations such as opening and closing routines, scheduled cleanings, and supervisor visits, ensuring consistency and accountability across locations.
Can I create a custom checklist for my store?
Yes, you can create custom checklists to match your store’s workflow.
Who can submit an expense request?
Authorized employees with access to the Expense Management module can submit requests.
How is an expense request approved?
Expense requests are reviewed in sequence by Auditor 1 and then Auditor 2, and, if required, escalated to the Company Admin.
What happens in case of an urgent expense or repair request?
Urgent requests can be marked high priority, bypassing sequential approvals by notifying all approvers at once so they can act immediately.
